The production line screw adopts special mixing function and have high-plasticization design.
Coat-hanger die use a special double flow design, so that make more precise adjustment  to sheet thickness.Three Roll-ray machine use vertical or 45 degree tilt type, are free to lifting . Sheet thickness control with a two-way roller screw adjustment and adjust the control sheet thickness degrees.the roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature so that sheet thickness has uniformity. Cutting machine: synchronize cutting,and plate length has the numerical precision. Equipped with automatic meter device the length of the product can be set.
